Hurricane Creek Wilderness Area

Friday afternoon I left work at 12:45 and headed north. The woods engulfed me by 3:00 and it was around 68 and sunny. The hike took me along an old road to my old camp site. My first time to camp here was in 1984. The temp was estimated to be in the 40's that night. The sky was mostly clear with a sliver of a crescent moon to keep me company. I got up early and headed back around 7:00 the next morning. Total trip about 3.9 miles.
